2009 Priority Issues
  • Coordinate the creation of a 3 to 5 year Strategic Plan for the Chamber with the assistance of an outside consultant.
  • Provide accurate and timely fi nancial information to management and the Board of Directors on a monthly basis.
  • Work with independent auditor to address signifi cant issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate the annual budget process.
