Jeremy Martin
President and CEO
Jeremy Martin serves as President and CEO at the Austin Chamber of Commerce. He has represented Central Texas businesses at all levels of government from the White House Business Council to local community groups with one purpose in mind: helping Austin businesses succeed. Prior to his current role, Jeremy served as Interim Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at the Chamber.
As Senior Vice President of Government Relations, Jeremy oversaw advocacy efforts at the Chamber focusing on priorities such as economic development policy, transportation, infrastructure, education/workforce development, and regulatory climate. Whether it appeared on the ballot or a city council agenda, he knew how policy items affected Chamber members. Jeremy serves on the Boards of Directors for the Austin Economic Development Corporation, Community Advancement Network, Quality of Life Foundation of Austin, Transportation Advocates of Texas, and Visit Austin.
Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Arts in mathematical economic analysis from Rice University and a Master of City Planning with a concentration in community and economic development from the University of Pennsylvania.

Senior Vice President
Emily is a seasoned professional with an 8+ year commitment to advancing the Austin Chamber's mission. Emily started her Chamber career in the Global Technology & Innovation department, and her trajectory led her to the role of Senior Vice President. In addition to leading the Operations Team and Employee Relations, she takes the helm in organizing the Chamber's annual InterCity and Federal Advocacy trips, showcasing her leadership expertise and dedication to both internal and external initiatives. Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as traveling with her husband, Jay.

Maren Sandler
Vice President, Finance
Maren Sandler is a seasoned accountant with over eight years of professional experience. Originally from San Diego; Maren has been in Austin for the past 18 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas State University and n 2019, Maren attained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. Her influence extends beyond the balance sheets, contributing to the growth of the Austin Chamber and the Austin business community.

Sara has over five years of business administration experience, and recently moved to Austin from Houston, Texas. As a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Sara has always loved the Hill Country and its surrounding areas and is excited to be a part of the growth of the region. Other than enjoying the company of her friends and family, Sara is a music enthusiast and loves spending her free time watching live performances or trying to find new artists to listen to.

For the last 35 years, Terri has worked at the Austin Chamber of Commerce as the first point of contact in the Front Lobby. There never really has been a dull moment. Terri loves the City of Austin and is so proud to be here to represent the Austin Chamber in all our successes and challenges. She is a native Texan born and raised, and always has been an avid University of Texas Longhorn Fan. Terri loves college sports. Her off time is spent with Family, Grandchildren, Friends, and my Australian Shepherd, just trying to keep up with their busy schedules and enjoy time with them all. She has always heard that if you have a job, you love it will never feel like work, and she is living proof of that.

Travis Krogman
Vice President, State & Federal Government Relations
Travis Krogman serves as Vice President of State & Federal Government Relations, where he leads the Austin Chamber’s advocacy and engagement efforts at the state and national levels. A veteran of Capitol Hill, Travis spent 10 years working in the United States Congress where he served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Annie Kuster (NH-02) and as a policy advisor to Congressman Al Green (TX-09). Travis lives in the Hill Country with his wife and two kids and enjoys golfing, playing baseball and coaching his son’s tee-ball team.

Eric joins the Chamber after serving as a Policy Advisor in the Texas House of Representatives last session, which was followed by a Fellowship with the House Education and Workforce Committee (U.S. Congress) as part of his Masters of Education Degree at U.T. Austin. Prior to these policy roles, Eric was a teacher in Chapel Hill, NC where he excelled as an educator and was recognized for being among the top 20% of reading teachers for student growth in North Carolina.

Taylor serves as the Manager of Government Relations focusing on local policy and helping advance advocacy efforts at the city and county levels. Taylor joins the Chamber after serving as Director of Government Affairs for Smart City Policy Group, and several Law Clerkships at firms in Austin & Dallas. Taylor graduated with her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to law school, Taylor worked on Capitol Hill for the late Congressman John Lewis (GA-05). In her free time, she enjoys competing in pageants and spending time with her dogs.

Britney Box-Hartle
Vice President, Corporate Engagement
As a native Austinite, Britney has seen the progression of her beloved city over the years. She ventured to the University of Houston for undergrad, and Roosevelt University for graduate school honing her skills in Corporate Communication and Marketing. She is powered by community, family, and faith and best found thriving on a weekend at the Domain or on a trail walk with her husband and dogs.

Adison Heyne
Vice President, Membership
Adison is an accomplished and seasoned sales professional with experience in the fields of Hospitality, Recreation, and the Non-Profit sector. She has a passion for building meaningful connections and understands the importance of creating value for our members. Prior to joining the Austin Chamber she lived in Miami, FL where she worked for the Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association. When Adison isn’t engaging with the greater Austin business community she enjoys exploring Texas Hill Country, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Through Tammi’s years of experience in membership driven organizations she brings to the Chamber a talent for managing client relationships and engaging new business. Tammi graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Texas El Paso with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. She is a member of The Junior League of Austin and 2024 Leadership Austin Emerge Class. With a fiancé and dogs at home, Tammi spends her leisurely time running the Austin trails and crafting her culinary skills.

Karen has lived in Austin since 1994 and has a passion for the Austin community. She has many years of experience in customer service, most recently working at Green Mountain Energy Company and National Trial Law here in Austin. Karen transferred from working for Opportunity Austin to Customer Service Manager for the Austin Chamber of Commerce Membership team. She loves working with Austin Chamber members on account support and being out in the community to celebrate the many ribbon-cuttings happening throughout the year. On her free time, Karen enjoys time with friends and hiking with her two dogs Jackie and Hans. Karen is an east Austin resident and likes to brag about the authentic food that can be found in east Austin.

Gabrielle Rodriguez
Vice President, Marketing
Gabrielle brings eight years of marketing experience, with six of those years focused on the non-profit sector. As a Louisiana native, Gabrielle has an extensive background, having worked in marketing roles at the National City Chamber of Commerce, as well as in media positions within various non-profit organizations. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and finds great joy in traveling and photography.

Shannon has lived in Austin since 2012, and graduated with a degree in Communications from Pepperdine University. She started her career in Los Angeles, where she managed communications, marketing, and events for companies including In Style Magazine and the talent agency WME. Since moving to Austin, Shannon has held leadership roles local nonprofits St. David’s Foundation and CASA of Travis County. Shannon is passionate about supporting the Austin community and is a graduate of Leadership Austin's Emerge Program and a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in the foster care system.

Alberto has lived in Austin since 2006 and has Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art. He has over 14 years of experience managing administrative operations and events, and has worked for local organizations including University of Texas at Austin and, most recently, Foundation Communities. While at Foundation Communities, he has taken active roles in their employee appreciation committee and held a leadership role in their DEI Committee. In his free time, Alberto enjoys attending concerts around the many music venues around Austin, exploring the trails throughout Austin, attending art shows, and supporting local vendor markets such as the Little Gay Shop and Las Ofrendas.
