Chamber Kicks Off SXSW with Laura Huffman on a Texas Business Panel

As South by Southwest kicks off, President and CEO of the Austin Chamber of Commerce, Laura Huffman, will be speaking on a panel about business in Texas. The event is Saturday, March 12, from 1:45pm-3:15pm at Brazos Hall, 204 E 4th Street, and part of The Experience by Dell Technologies at SXSW.

The event called "The Business of Making an Impact in Texas" will be a conversation focused on how businesses in Texas continue to remain competitive while striving for diversity and making a positive impact.

Laura will be on the panel along with:

  • Judy Maggio, Emmy Award-winning Journalist
  • Dr. Colette Pierce Burnette, President & CEO of Huston-Tillotson University and Austin Chamber 2021 Austinite of the Year
  • Tom Luce, Founder & Chairman Texas 2036
