Ascension: COVID-19 Hotline & Discounted Video Urgent Care Visits
Ascension has established a COVID‐19 hotline for Ascension Texas at 1‐833‐919‐1680. Available 6a‐midnight, the hotline is staffed by triage RNs who will respond to public questions and implement the most up‐to‐date screenings and protocols to guide patients to the most appropriate care setting, including staying at home and/or virtual options.
Ascension Online Care is also offering video urgent care visits at a discounted rate of $20, valid through March, so you can talk to a doctor from home. No insurance required. Use the code HOME at Ascension Online Care

Baylor Scott & White: Drive-Thru Clinics
Clinics are now open in Austin and Round Rock. Patients must complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire at MyBSWHealth.com or on the MyBSWHealth app—questionnaire must be completed before arriving.

CommUnity Care: Drive-Thru Facility
CommUnity Care's facility will test uninsured or current CommUnity Care patients with a fever higher than 100.4, dry cough, fatigue, shortness of breath, and who have been in contact with a positive COVID-19 patient. Those exhibiting symptoms should call the Community Care COVID-19 Hotline at 512-978-8775 (Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm) to receive guidance before arriving at a facility.
