JACTX continues JA’s 100+ year mission to educate young people about the importance of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial mindset, financial literacy, and work readiness. JA offers impactful volunteer opportunities teaching JA programs to young people in grades K-12th. Volunteers are the heart of JA. They serve as mentors guiding students through JA’s highly vetted curriculum.
JA of Central Texas is currently in need of several volunteers for the Fall semester. If someone has one hour, one day, or once a week there is a fit for everyone to impact young people's lives. Volunteers are matched with a class based on their preferences, trained, and given the materials they need to feel prepared to make an impact in the classroom regardless of their backgrounds.
