The general serving size, of 100% Pure Kratom, is approximately 3 grams. Our larger packaging includes a scoop, and when filled just shy of the top, delivers approximately 3 grams of kratom. this serving will contain approximately 50mg of mitragynine and 80mg of total kratom alkaloids. We do not recommend exceeding the equivalent of 10 grams of kratom per day. we recommend consumers not consume kratom for more than 4-5 days in a row without a 2-3 day break.
