Nominate your Business for the 2024 Greater Austin Business Awards - Austin's Largest Business Event of the Year!

Greater Austin Business Awards (GABA) is Austin's largest business event of the year and brings together over 700 attendees from across our community to recognize companies with the best business practices that are achieving success and leadership in their industries. Receiving an award is the pinnacle of business recognition in the Greater Austin region. This year's event will be happening October 9, 2024 at the JW Marriott.

We encourage businesses to self-nominate. There is no cost to nominate and Chamber membership is not required. Please note that the Uniquely Austin award will first be judged by a panel and then the top-ranked scores will be determined by a public online vote. The Austin CEO/Austin Site Leader award recipients will be announced prior to the event celebration. The last day to nominate your business is July 15, 2024.

  • Austin CEO/Top Site Lead

    A local CEO or top site leader who is an exceptional leader for a company or organization.

  • Civic & Community Leadership

    A business leader who provided outstanding service to our community over the past year by demonstrating the insight and courage to collaborate across lines that usually divide people and can positively impact the community for the common good.

  • Company Culture

    A company or organization that fosters a creative, collaborative workplace culture to enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage with opportunities for growth.

  • Consumer Product

    A consumer product company that stands out by offering a unique product that creates a niche market.

  • Customer Experience

    Acknowledges a company or organization dedicated to an outstanding customer experience and satisfaction in all aspects of sales and services.

  • Employee Health & Wellness

    A company or organization that creates an employee-centered wellness culture and provides access and opportunities for all employees.

  • Entrepreneurial Vision

    Individuals who are founders, co-founders and currently engaged with the company in a for-profit business that is at least 3 years old and demonstrate success and a drive for excellence

  • Environmental Champion

    A company or organization recognized for its best practices. Business sustainability is about creating more goods and services with less resources, waste and pollution that positively impact the environment.

  • Hire Local Champion

    A company or organization that has an outstanding workforce strategy that includes upskilling or partnership with local organizations to help reinforce hiring local.

  • Mobility Champion

    The Mobility Champion impact award recognizes a company or organization for their work in helping to solve our region’s mobility challenges.

  • Nonprofit Impact

    A section 501(c)(3) public charity or private foundation that is tirelessly focused on serving the community and the partnerships they have built with for-profit organizations.

  • Small Business Excellence

    A company that has been in business for three years or more with a maximum of 25 employees, with an established reputation, and demonstrate excellence in innovation management, marketing, customer services, and integrity.

  • Technology Innovation

    A company or organization that has developed visionary and transformative technology that impacts the business market.

  • Uniquely Austin

    This coveted award honors a company that exemplifies what it means to live and do business in Austin and is selected by public voting.

Cancellation Policy
The Austin Chamber of Commerce must maintain a cancellation policy for events in order to properly plan for catering, venue expenses, and marketing efforts. Unless stated otherwise, Chamber reservations must be canceled 5 business days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be issued 10 days after the event. No refunds will be issued for nonattendance. You are welcome to send another member of your staff in your place.
