We are excited to hold another Business Owners Council meeting for the business community. Join us for this month's Business Owners Council Meeting. Gary Zausmer from Enoch Kever will present 'How to Keep Yourself and Your Business out of Litigation.' This session will cover strategies to avoid legal disputes and protect your business from litigation risks.

    Gary Zausmer has over 30 years of experience in litigation and client representation in multiple areas, including fraud, misrepresentation, and contract disputes. His trial, arbitration, and appellate record includes the defense, prosecution, and favorable disposition of contract and tort cases in state and federal courts, including published decisions in favor of his clients. Gary also counsels clients on developing litigation success and litigation prevention strategies.

Cancellation Policy
The Austin Chamber of Commerce must maintain a cancellation policy for events in order to properly plan for catering, venue expenses, and marketing efforts. Unless stated otherwise, Chamber reservations must be canceled 5 business days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be issued 10 days after the event. No refunds will be issued for nonattendance. You are welcome to send another member of your staff in your place.
