· Understanding the challenges and opportunities of your bricks and mortar project
· How to work with your strengths and weaknesses during your bricks and mortar project
· Assigning the key decision makers and stakeholders for your bricks and mortar project
· Some typical unknowns and how to work through them
· Information to gather to tee up successful design and construction processes
Attendees will leave with actionable frameworks for planning their bricks and mortar design and construction process in ways that dynamically enhance their business plans.

Nina Murrell, Founding Principal Architect of MODA | Murrell Office for Development and Architecture LLC, is a registered Texas architect with nearly 30 years of experience with commercial, institutional, and residential clients. Nina has a passion for teaching newcomers to the design and construction process how to launch and succeed in developing new and expanded bricks and mortar locations. Her projects have included lease space fit-outs and new construction for retail, restaurant/brewery, office, and industrial clients as well as acclaimed music venues, art museums and galleries, and amenities-rich RV resorts.
