Sonia Aviv currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Responsibility Business Strategy at Catchafire. With a robust background in partner success, program management and experience in the private, public and nonprofit sector, Sonia leads the strategic direction of Catchafire’s corporate business line. Her role encompasses product development, marketing, sales, implementation, and nonprofit support, contributing to significant advancements in the corporate employee experience and program scalability across Catchafire’s corporate portfolio. Prior to Catchafire, Sonia worked in the financial services sector and has served as a consultant in both assessing and advising on Fortune 1000 corporate responsibility initiatives.
