RSM - Insight during uncertainty: Coronavirus webcast series
RSM understands that these are uncertain times for everyone as the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic continues to disrupt daily life. To that end, we have produced a weekly webcast series on issues related to the pandemic. RSM's goal is to share insights that enable business leaders to prepare for the future and how to mitigate risk. We are all in this together, and we want to help however we can.
Each webcast is about 45 to 60 minutes long, available every Wednesday at 1 p.m. Eastern time for the duration of the series.
The webcasts also include polls of attendees. Here are some highlights from last week's polls:
- 83% of attendees said they have not been forced to lay off or furlough employees.
- 51% of attendees said they expect to be able to weather this pandemic but expect a moderate (5%-20%) decrease in margins.
- Uncertainty around the pandemic was the most pressing issue for the greatest number of attendees, followed by guidance/legislation and workforce dynamic.
