SUMMIT DESIGN + BUILD KICKS-OFF AUSTIN MULTIFAMILY PROJECT
AUSTIN, TX – General contractor Summit Design + Build has announced the start of a 149-unit condo project known as Congress Lofts at St. Elmo located at 4315 S. Congress in Austin, Texas. The project officially kicked-off with a ceremonial groundbreaking on Friday, October 28th. The groundbreaking was attended by Intracorp (Developer), Summit Design + Build (General Contractor), IMEG (Structural Engineer), Pappageorge Haymes Partners (Architect), Hitchcock Design Group (Landscaping), Urban Foundary Architecture (Interior Design), Compass Development Marketing Group (Marketing and Sales) and its financial partners Northland Capital, Mid First Bank and Southside Bank.
The 5-story Congress Lofts at St. Elmo project will have a total of 149 homes, including 9 ground-level live-work units and 140 homes on floors 2-5. The warehouse-style artist lofts will have various layouts including studios, 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms + den. Amenities will include:
3,773 sf of retail/restaurant space,
A 12,000 sf courtyard with a pool, fire pit, grills and outdoor social lounge,
a gallery-style resident lobby,
Library, co-working and social lounge.
a ground floor parking garage,
a dog park and pet spa,
and a bike room.
Located in the St. Elmo area of Austin, residents of Congress Lofts at St. Elmo will have access to a vibrant and booming area with walkable entertainment, shopping and dining. Project completion is expected in Spring 2024.
