Aviation Committee

The Aviation Committee works with Austin-Bergstrom International Airport on expanding the airfield and improving service, frequency, and competitive prices for nonstop service. Expanding Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is critical to meet the region’s growing demand for air service. An expanded airport also provides opportunities for more nonstop domestic and international flights to give Austinites access to more markets, more tourists, more jobs, and a better quality of life for our region.
